The breakfast, so mediocre, could have been improved with fresher options. My room was disappointingly chilly-cozy would've been preferred. I fully expected a complimentary upgrade, yet nothing. Fairly clean venue with particularly good location in the middle of the city. Location just next door to the convenient Nijo Station. Close to Yasaka Shrine Gokusha and other tourist attractions.

It was really comfortable 4-star hotel as stated in the description. The staff was helpful with advice and suggestions. We truly enjoyed staying 3 nights here.

Positive, It's conveniently located near a market and Nijo Castle. The free washing machine and bathroom dryer were lifesavers for late-night laundry. Perfect for two big suitcases in a Small Twin Room.

A big and comfortable open kitchen on the ground floor.
The room was small and lacked proper cleanliness. I found the sink dirty, and dust was evident throughout. It was like the hotel neglected basic maintenance and hygiene standards.

The location was fantastic for us plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was super friendly and even let us drop off our luggage before check-in so we could explore a bit.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still fair for the experience we had.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed the central location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness left much to be desired, including dusty furniture and stained linens. Consider bringing your own toiletries for a better experience. The friendly staff made it easier to overlook some shortcomings.

Miro kyoto nijo was super close to nijo and ōmiya station. The rooms were basic but met my needs. The access to cutlery and microwaves in the lounge was a nice touch!

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff helped me with luggage at my first stay. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need - Free Wi-Fi, Luggage storage, 24-hour security, Leisure/ TV room, Lift, Electric kettle. Coming back for business trip!
